Choir 2014-2015 Auditions

Its that time of year again! Auditions for our Cantique, A Cappella and Chamber Singers Choirs are coming up! Here's some details and information so you can get planning.

SIGN UPS: Signups for auditions will be posted on the highschool choir room doors March 24, 2014. First come, first serve for audition times.
AUDITION DATES: April 7-10, 2014 between 2:40 and 5 PM each day.
AUDITION PROCESS: Auditions are 7 minutes long each. Mr. Thorpe will have you sight sing "My Country Tis Of Thee", so there is no need to have something prepared in advance. He will also be testing your vocal range and have you do some simple rhythm exercises. Auditioning is not a scary thing! Come relaxed and ready to sing.

Cantique choir is for the sophomore girls in particular, but we also have junior and senior girls in this choir.
A Cappella is for junior and senior men and women.
Chamber Singers is also for junior and senior men and women.

We hope to see you come and audition for our choral program at Herriman!

Come Support!

Hey all you music lovers! Come support Hearts of Gold for Hopekids by coming to a concert tomorrow night featuring Ryan Schupe and the Rubber Band! It starts at 7 pm and tickets are $10. It will be crazy fun and all the proceeds go to the charity! See you there!

We are so excited to kick off our Christmas season this year We have some stunning music prepared with everything from Alfred Burt to Glee's "Extraordinary Merry Christmas"! We hope to see some familliar faces at some of our performances this year which will be:
